    P: Unto You, O heavenly Father, I direct my first thoughts
    and lift up my heart in prayer
    C: That I may live and walk in You alone.
    P: Be my Fortress this day, as You have been my protection
    through this night,
    C: For which I thank You with my whole heart.
    P: May I also turn to You in true repentance.
    C: Cleanse me from all wickedness and uncleanness.
    P: May I walk in Your fear, in the name of Jesus Christ, and
    trusting in His precious merits, I give myself to You.

Ephesians 5:15-17 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
